This college, though not as grand as the one that houses all the wielders, is for those that wish to study other things besides the military. They offer everything from gardening to metalurgy.

The largest park upon the continent, this site was once the desiding battle front of one of the largest wars with the demon horde. Many monuments and status are here to honor those that fought and died defeating the demons that almost took over the city.
